Garden Leaf Ct., Spring Oaks Dr, Goldwood, Madrina Ct., Paula Vale, Holly Green, Wynn Place, Melanie Meadows, and Ivywood.
- Microsurfacing - Portwind, Royal Oaks, Towercliffe, Mockingbird, Sharon Ct., Glenn, Muir View, Jares Ct., and Baywillow.
- Street Construction - Pleasant Grove (excludes Ashbourne and Leichester Circle) and about a fourth of Dutch Mill. Depending on pavement testing results may remove the old asphalt, replace selective slabs, and resurface allowing for more street to be done.
- Replacement of a portion of curb and gutters along Kehrs Mill Road
