From the first time my family and I drove through this neighborhood we were attracted to the well-maintained homes and the established trees. Claymont has always been a neighborhood where owners have taken pride in their yards.
It's hard to believe there are 666 homes in our neighborhood. Claymont is the largest neighborhood in the city of Ballwin. As a homeowner, it's important to keep the beauty of our neighborhood by maintaining our homes and following the rules of our covenants.
